  • incoming correspondence from proconsuls; other consuls; Ministeries in the Homeland; Health administrations; local authorities. Miscellaneous of corrispondence with nationals aimed at resolving minor matters
  • possibly, deeds drawn by the consular chancellery;
  • documents relating the funcion of supervision on the merchant Navy (sales of vessels, maritime casualties; legal reports);
  • papers produced during the lasting Administrative management of the Austrian Consulate (1835-1849): correspondence with the Austrian Legation in Constantinople.
  • lists of nationals; consular fees (collection of charges and registrations).
  • occasionally there are documents relating to contentious jurisdiction.
